At present our company employs 20 employees, whereas of them 12 participate in production and CNC machining.
We specialize in prototype and unit production of smaller series, eventually. At customer's request we provide polishing to the requested roughness or the complete product balance. We are able to ensure the material. Delivery of the quality product report is obvious.
We specialize in Pelton, Kaplan and Francise turbines, distributor buckets and other components and replacement parts, eventually.
To the product we deliver the checking report in two forms:
- 3D report (by request)
- 2D measurement ( gauge)

The development plan for year 2007:
1. From September 2007 the company completes the audit for ISO 9001.
2. From November 2007 the continuous operating of 5 axis CNC machining centre of the machine DMU 200 P shall start.
Situation:
1. The company completed ISO 9001 in December 2007.
2. From December 2007 the two-shift operation of the CNC machining centre DMU 200P started.
3. At present continuous operating is in our company.
The development plan for 2008:
1. Purchase of the CNC machining centre DMF 250
2. On the ground of satisfaction of demand of our customers the owners of the company decide to prepare and enlarge capacity production by purchase of 5 axis CNC machining centre from the producer DMG again, namely the type DMU 200P including also reinforcement of staff. At present the leasing contract is already signed and we are waiting for delivery of the above mentioned centre from supplier.
