Design
In accordance with the documentation from the customer (3D model or 2D drawings), the design department prepares a 3D draft; then the device is modelled, 3D data are submitted to the customer for approval and possible remarks are taken into account. As soon as 3D study is approved, 2D documentation is generated, followed by CNC programming and production.
Design works
Design works are performed exclusively on the basis of the customer's assignment and needs, in 3D and 2D.
To create 3D models and design itself, we use the SOLIDWORKS 2008, SPACE RHINOCEROS 4.0 COMMERCIAL, CATIA V4.
To transmit data, we use STEP, IGS, PARASOLID and PROENGINEER, EFT transmission.
