From 2007 our company deals with water and steam turbines machining.

Categories of producing turbines:

Pelton turbines
Kaplan turbines
Francis turbines
Distributor buckets in steam turbines.

For turbines production we use two types of semi-finished products:

Casting
Forging

For all types of the semi-finished product we supply a report concerning test quality of the product and material uniformity.
We are able to provide hand polishing of turbines to the requested roughness of buckets.

The maximum dimension of the product is the average 2000mm. 8t
Dimension inspection proceeds by production through gauges.

At customer's request we are able to ensure the 3D report.
